Wingate Literary Prize 2027

The Wingate Foundation invites submissions for the 2027 Literary Prize worth £4,000. 2027 will mark the 50th anniversary of the Prize and we look forward to celebrating that literary milestone.

For 50 years, the Wingate Literary Prize has been shining a light on the books of Jewish interest, both fiction and non-fiction, by an illustrious list of writers. The winning book must be of literary merit and aimed at the general reader. Our judges are looking forward to being immersed in the wide range of literature, both fiction and non-fiction, published over the past year.
